Return Process

  Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Package Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original box along with all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA form is included inside.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
